Test a better way of working
on one specific problem.
We choose recurring work that currently consumes too much time, waiting, or human attention. Together, we design a change, introduce AI agents, and test it on real cases.
You finish with the evidence needed to adopt, revise, or stop the new approach.
Who it is for
Founders and team leaders with a specific problem, access to the people doing the work, and the authority to change how it operates.
A useful starting point could be preparing sales proposals, onboarding customers, handling recurring requests, or preparing and evaluating a campaign.
What we need from you
- One specific process and a person accountable for its outcome.
- A few real cases and available information about current performance.
- Participation from the people doing the work.
- Room to test a change within agreed boundaries.
How the sprint works
1. Understand the actual work.
We examine real cases, identify work and waiting, and establish who makes decisions. We define the baseline and intended outcome.
2. Design the change.
We remove unnecessary steps and divide the work between people and agents. We define ownership, permissions, controls, and recovery steps.
3. Run a limited test.
We test the new approach on an agreed sample. We verify completed actions and record corrections and human intervention.
4. Evaluate the result.
We compare speed, quality, cost, and human attention. We decide what to adopt, revise, or roll back.
What you keep
- A documented baseline and measure of success.
- A tested workflow change — your first Operating Patch.
- Clear responsibilities for people and agents.
- Evidence of results, including failures and limitations.
- A decision on next steps and a reusable record of what was learned.
What success means
Enough evidence to make a decision about the new way of working. Discovering early that a proposed automation does not help can also be a successful result.
We agree on scope, duration, and price based on the selected process, available data, and required integrations.

What is W Sprint?
W Sprint is a practical test of W Method on one specific workflow. The team establishes a baseline, an outcome owner and a success measure, tests a limited change, and uses the results to adopt, revise or stop it.
Concept by: Pavel Teichman · NVGTRS
The Manifesto states the principles. The Method translates them into how a company operates. A Sprint tests a specific change in practice.
